We want you to love your Sisters and Seekers pieces, but if something isn't quite right, we offer a 14-day return period from the date of delivery for a refund or store credit. Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached to be eligible for processing.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Package Your Items
Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all original tags and labels are intact to prevent damage during transit.
Ship the Parcel
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier point.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects and approves your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
